Kenny & Rachael promise their eternal love to each together, to take care of and to be there for one another, to grow old through the wrinkles of times, through the bowed frame of years and to feel the warm heart union of their love.

The Introduction
One evening on the Singapore Flyer, surrounded by the breathtaking panorama of the shimmering Singapore city skyline. Kenny knelt down holding a wedding ring to her, he sincerely proposed and won the hand of Rachael. On 4th July 2008, not only Rachael enjoyed her birthday, it also started a new chapter in their wonderful story.

The couple met during their working days. Surprisingly not knowing each other as colleagues, but rather, strangers from different departments. Till one day, it started by his colleague, who approached Rachael for her help to take a group photo for them. Since that day, it started the sparks for the lovely couple.

We, as wedding planners from Will You Marry Me, are proud to be part of their memories on this special day when the two celebrate their love with their loved ones.

The Wedding Planning
The couple have decided to hold their wedding on a very meaningful date, which is 9th September 2009, which actually signifies 090909. We were welcomed by their warm hospitality and excitement on our first consultation. As we got to know them better, we realise they wanted "something out of the ordinary" in their wedding highlights, probably like a scene in "Internal Affairs", or probably, a street racer from "Fast and Furious" kind of theme. So what did we do? We did both!

The Wedding Entourage
Being an avid fan of Honda Integra, Kenny specially invited friends from the Singapore Honda Integra Club to join in his Wedding Entourage. With great support, 4 sporty Integra filled the scene early morning.

Before they left for the journey, our videographer directed them with scenes. Making it feel alot like a mafia boss going to rescue his lovely bride, but of course, with lots of humour. NGs here and there, indeed filled everyone with laughter, lighten the mood for everyone on this early morning.

With his white shining horse, a unique white Mercedes SLK 200 convertible; fully equipped with AMG body kit, black top, twin exhaust, opened roof, he started his car chase from Ubi to Woodlands via SLE to Rachael's house!

The Gate Crash
With a grand entrance of horns and revving, Kenny arrived together with his 6 brothers in pink shirt, headed for the gate crash. Sitting right under the void deck, a bag of adult diapers of diapers welcomed them, started their first challenge of the day. While receiving his instructions through his mobile phone, Kenny and his brothers started to put them on.

With black and red markers, they started to form the words, "I ♥ Rachael", on their butts. Totally amusing! Next they placed their hands against the railings, butt protruding out, they started to do a wave until the sisters were satisfied! Rachael's sisters laughed cheekily from above!

Rachael's sisters, in their lovely pink dresses, welcomed Kenny and brothers at the doorstep, demanding for an ang bao. Kenny gave and was shortly served with the main course of the day, wasabi biscuit with chilli sauce! By looking at their horrible expression, it doesn't seem to taste very well.

Dessert served up next was a super sweet condensed milk chocolates specially prepared by the sisters! On top with that, each served a glass of beverage mixed with all the dark sauces you can ever imagine! Puke!

With his sincerity, he won over the hearts of the Sisters and was handed the key for the gate! Upon entering Rachael's bedroom, he signed a love contract, read it out loud outside and opened the door with excitement. There was Rachael, by her bed in her beautiful white gown, waiting for a kiss from her prince charming.

It was indeed an exciting morning and we enjoyed ourself during the filming and the gate crash! Shortly after the tea ceremony, Kenny & Rachael headed to Marriot Hotel for their preparation and rehearsal for tonight's final event, the wedding banquet!

The Wedding Banquet
The banquet dinner was at Marriot's grand ballroom. With a spacious and cosy reception area to mingle around while the bar counter serve beverages to their guest waiting. Arriving guest penned down their well wishes on a guestbook filled with their photos.

The ballroom was filled with pink roses and tea candles filled the aisle to the stage. 4 wide pink satin form the backdrop on the stage with lights running down from the ceiling. It was simple yet elegant, just as what Rachael wanted, a dream pink romantic wedding.

As a prelude to their first march-in, the couple had an animated presentation instead of the typical photo of their romantic history. The whole atmosphere was light hearted and warm by their love story. The couple proceeded with their traditional cake cutting ceremony.

After the 2nd march-in and champagne toasting, the couple surprised their family and friends with a heart warming speech. Rachael tear while sharing her deepest appreciation to her family.

The Happy Ever After
As their wedding planners, we had lots of fun and laughter while planning and coordinating for the both of them. We take this opportunity to thank Kenny & Rachael for leaving us a memorable and unforgettable wedding experience on this special day!
